At last, the question of who will be crowned as Miss Teen USA 2010 revealed at the night of July 24, 2010. Witnessed at the Imperial Ballroom, Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas and broadcasted to a global online audience via Ustream, the leading internet broadcasting platform, and NewTek TriCaster Portable Live Production System, formerly Miss Teen USA 2009, Stormi Henley from Tennessee at the end of the final event crowned Kamie Crawford from Maryland as the new Miss Teen USA 2010, eliminated the rest 50 contestant.
The final results of the competition as follow : Miss Teen USA 2010 was taken by Kamie Crawford from Maryland, the 1st runner-up was Lexi Atkins from Illinois, the 2nd runner-up given to Emma Baker from California, while Angelia Layton from Utah won the 3rd runner-up and Haley Sowers from Mississippi took the 4th runner-up.
