Prior to Yoono Desktop which now is available both in regular (installation) version and portable version (downloadable from here), Yoono is a browser add-on to run in Firefox.

Yoono is an easy to use application that allows you to connect to all your social networks and instant messaging services – in one place. Get all your friend updates, update your own status, and easily share stuff with your friends.
As I mentioned above, Yoono came in three version : (1) Browser Add-on (latest version 7.1), (2) Yoono Desktop Installation version and (3) Yoono Dekstop Portable version (latest version 1.6).
Until now, Yoono supported several popular social media apps such as : Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn, AIM, MSN, Flicker and also GTalk.

Yesterday, I wrote on my Twitter account a question “How to shorten URL when writing a Twitter update using Yoono ?” And after that, I got an answer from Yoono Support “@hardi_cheng Hi, just click twice on the green share button in the input field. The currently displayed page url will be shortened and added”. Hopefully this will help if you have the same problem as I did. This is the first point.
The second point, they also wrote me this “@hardi_cheng we also have an extension for Google Chrome http://bit.ly/yoonochrome”. An extension for Google Chrome. Wow, this one must be awesome too.
